Wine
Rymill Coonawarra The Surveyor Cabernet Sauvignon is the winery's leading wine, named in homage to John Riddoch Rymill who discovered and surveyed the Antarctic Peninsula in the 1930s.
The fruit is selectively harvested from vines grown on Coonawarra's famous terra rossa soils. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for around 18 months. Only the finest barrels are selected to comprise the final blend.
Deep red, Rymill Coonawarra The Surveyor Cabernet Sauvignon is intense yet stylish with ripe dark fruit flavours over a richly structured finish. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
